I'm moving away for a year so I have a room in Utrecht for rent from 15 sept 2010 till 1 sept 2011. It is located in an apartment at Rubenslaan, which is 10 to 15 min. by bike to the city center and to the Uithof. The apartment is shared with two other girls. The room is 19.6 m2 is fully furnished (bed, closet and desk) and has a private balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the room/apartment. Monthly rent is 450 (including electricity, gas, tv connection and internet).

I'm a 22 years old "business (sales) course" student (non-smoker) from Germany and I will work at a company in "Schiphol-Rijk" for 1 year.

I'm looking for a room (Aalsmeer, prefered) which is available from the 01.09.2010.

I doesn't matter if it's a flat-share.
I'm very clean and uncomplicated, I live also in a flat-share and my flatmates really like me. =)

Through the week I have to work hard so I think I just like to relax at the evenings.
But on weekends I like to do lots of activities and see more of the beautiful Netherlands.

It's perfect for (international) students who want to live alone or for couples.

It's a former three room apartment, nowadays a two room apartment of 60m2. It has a big livingroom, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a balkony with sunshine all afternoon.

By bike it's 5 minutes from the Erasmus University and 5 minutes from the city centre. It's a 5 min. walk to the nearest subway station and a 2 min. walk to the tram. There's a supermarket next door and a nightshop around the corner.

It's fully furnished and there's internet, television and telephone.

Rent is 660 euro including all.

It would be from 01-09-2010 till 01-05-2011
