Hello, am a ugandan aged 26yrs, female and from northern uganda. I current posses an admision letter from Gulu University to persue a masters degree in Governance and ethics starting january 2012 but due to unemployement challenges and family responsibilities for my other sibblings i can affort the cost yet with hopes that when i attain that masters gives me a better opportuinity to compete with others in the job market. Am requesting you to help me inline with that dream course.
