    Dear all,

    Next month, I will have to go on an exchange to Paris. I currently have an amazing apartment that I want to subrent to a FEMALE (ERASMUS) STUDENT! For a short period of 3/4 months.

    Available : 1 September 2012 - end of December 2012/January 2013 (we can make an arrangement about the end date)

    The street name is Cruijshaag in Maastricht. It is 5 min away from the AZM hospital and also the University of Maastricht (NOT the faculty in the center of Maastricht).

    There is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the apartment and it takes 15 min to the trainstation of Maastricht by bus.
    It is also 15 min to the trainstation by bike.

    There are some supermarkets in the neighbourhood (Jumbo, Aldi). 5 min by bike.

    Apartment itself:

    - Located on a very nice neighbourhood, however far from the center of Maastricht
    - For 1 girl only
    - Everything is FURNISHED ! The only thing you will have to bring is a laptop, clothes and own pillows and blanket.
    - The price is incl. rent + water + electricity + internet + TV
    - Whole apartment: 35 m2
    - Private bathroom, separate kitchen, separate livingroom and separate bedroom

    Rent: all incl. 380 euros
    HOWEVER there is no washing machine, so you will have to find someone who is willing to wash your laundry!
    & we will have to make an appointment before hand to sign some contracts that are important for the association where I am renting this apartment.

    So if you are interested in renting this apartment let me know as soon as possible.

    Hey, I’m super intersted in the apartment, is seems perfect for me. I’m starting my Masters in Maastricht in September and I plan on doing an internship/field study next semester so I need something short term. Could I come and take a look at it? I’m a 25 year old Icelandic girl:)

    Hi,

    You can come visit the apartment if you want, but I saw that you want your accomodation near the FASoS. & by doing some research on the internet, I can say that your faculty is far from the apartment! There are 6 faculties in Maastricht and the one I mentioned (here above) is the one next to the AZM hospital of Maastricht (also next to the Maastricht Randwick station).

    So maybe I am wrong, but you should look and see if this not too far for you!

    Hi, I’m Alice from Italy. I’m 30 years old and the next Monday (27 August) I move myself  to Maastricht for 1 year to do a master in neuroscience. I’ m interested in your apartment. Can I see the apartment next Tuesday ( the 28th)?
