    Hallo!

    My name is Perola Simoes, I’m 19 years old and I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I’m currently studying International Relations and I’m going to study at RUG for half a year so I’m looking for a room to rent during that time (sep-feb). I’m willing to learn as much as I can about the Dutch culture and the language and I could also show you a bit about my country, I’m very friendly, I’m always looking to meet new people and socialize, please let me know if you have something for me!

    I am subletting my apartment from 1st of Sept 2012 until 28 February 2013. Price 750 (single)-800 (couple) euro/month inclusive. (Deposit necessary)
    I am looking to sublet the apartment to a PhD student, researcher or young professional (over 25 years old) but Undergraduate or master students can send an email me to discuss. This person has to keep the apartment very clean, be responsible, pays rent on time (1st day of every month) and do NO party, drugs or smoking in the house. Couples are welcome. no cats. small dog is negotiable.
    This is a one bedroom one bathroom apartment fully furnished. It is very specious, with lot’s of light and a small balcony. It is located 10 min walk to UMCG and 10-15 min to Grote Markt/ town center. Ideal for people working at UMCG.
    Kitchen: Island with 3 stools chairs, gas stove, microwave, small grill oven, dishwasher, refrigerator
    Living room: one big sofa /double bed and a poof, coffee table, tv stand and big flat screen TV, desk with chair and bookshelves
    Bedroom: kind size bed, chest of drawer (4 drawers), 1 small wardrobe, nightstand, mirror, 2 folding chairs
    Bathroom: shower (not tub), sink, toilet, washer.
    Central Heating (gas) and private storage /bike room. cable TV, Internet
