    Hi,

Because of a sabbatical, I will sublet my apartment starting from the 30th of September of 2012. The period of subletting is a minimum of 4 months, with possible prolongation.

The apartment will be completely furnished.

The apartment is well maintained and located in a quiet part of the district Kralingen. It is near to shops, the university, city centre and highways. The front door is shared with one other renter of the apartment above this one. The apartment itself is not shared. Bathroom, kitchen and toilet are for own use. The apartment consists of two spaces of 25 m2 (with a couch, television, table and double bed) and 12 square meters (with a large dining table, clothing closet and desk). The kitchen measures 1,5 by 3 meters and has an oven. The bathroom measures 2 by 2,5 meters and contains a shower, toilet and sink. The balcony measures 1,5 by 3 meters and has sun in the afternoon. There is also a space for storage and laundry, which contains a washing machine for own use. The total surface is approximately 55 square meters. Costs are 765 euro per month all inclusive (Including gas/water/electricity/taxes) and 10 euro per month for internet. I am willing to negotiate a price if necessary.

The apartment is meant for a more quiet renter. The renter in the apartment above this one is not a student and therefor a peaceful environment is very much appreciated. The apartment can therefor not be used as a typical ‘student house’.

    Kind regards,

    Laura Boogaard
